Cherokee Youth Shooting League   

The league has been organized to introduce the shooting sports to youth between the ages of 12 – 17 in a safe and relaxed environment.  We will primarily be shooting shotguns on the trap range but will add other disciplines when time and interest require.  It is our hope to promote a sense of sportsmanship, fair play, and self-confidence. There will be a heavy emphasis on firearm safety.

 WHEN:  Third Saturday of the month 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM unless otherwise announced.

WHERE:  Skeet and Trap range #1

WHAT TO BRING:  BESIDES A PARENT (An adult must be present at all times)

·       SHOTGUN (410, 20 GUAGE, 12 GUAGE)

·       AMMO 100 ROUNDS FOR YOUR GUN

·       EYE AND EAR PROTECTION

·       BAG FOR YOUR HULLS

·       CLEANING KIT

·       APPROPRIATE CLOTHING FOR THE WEATHER
