2023 Membership Renewal Process

Annual dues must be paid prior to January 1st. The amount of dues each member owes has been published in an e-mail to all club members. If you didn’t receive this e-mail, first check your spam folder, but then go to the Members’ Area and fill out the Email List Signup Form so we can start getting mail to you.

This year payments will be accepted by checks, money orders, or credit cards; no cash or debit card payments . Please pay the amount shown by your name and member number on the list below.

Option 1 – Check or Money Order by US Mail


Checks/Money Orders need to be made payable to Cherokee Gun Club with your Member Number in the memo line.

As soon as Dan receives your payment, he will contact you either by email or phone to confirm receipt. 

Do not  mail your payment to the club PO Box, as it will not be credited to your account.


Option 2 – Check or Money Order in the Drop Box


Checks/Money Orders need to be made payable to Cherokee Gun Club with your Member Number in the memo line.

Place your check or money order in an envelope marked with your name and member # in the drop box located to the right of the podium in the clubhouse.

Please do not use the safe beside the door. Use the drop box to the right of the podium.

Renewals in the drop box will be collected weekly and you will be contacted by phone or email to confirm receipt. 


Option 3 – Credit Card


Note that when paying online, you will be charged a 3% surcharge to cover the club’s credit card processing fees. If you prefer not to pay this fee, you use options 1 or 2 above. When clicking the link below, simply enter the amount of your dues as shown in the renewal notice. After entering your credit card info, you will be asked to confirm the payment, and the amount shown there will include the additional 3% fee.

Debit cards add work and fees to our workflow. If you pay with a debit card, add $25 to your amount due to cover additional labor.

Once you submit your credit card payment you will receive an email confirming your payment. 

Please remember, after December 31 your current access card will not operate the gate or allow you access to the clubhouse unless you have paid your 2023 dues.  New remote opener settings as well as a new password to the website will be emailed to renewing members shortly after the January Board meeting.   

Red Book ARTICLE IV – DUES AND ASSESSMENTS States dues and assessments must be received prior to January 1 of each year or the member will be dropped from the rolls. Please remit your dues and assessments before January 1 to avoid being dropped. 


Not Renewing?

If you are not planning on renewing your membership, please let us know so we can bring those on the waiting list into membership.

If you have any changes to your contact information (phone numbers, mailing address, or email), please include these changes in a note with your payment.
